Home Remedies for Knee Pain

Knee pain is a very common problem with all people, but most of the women are seen complaining about knee pain. It is curable if you are regular in treating it. In fact, home remedies can be very effective in this regard.

A Cold compress is one of the most effective treatments for knee and other joints pain.

Just take adequate amount of ice and wrap it in a thin cloth. Put this ice pack on the affected area for 15-20 minutes. Does this treatment daily until you notice relief from this pain?

A mixture of water and apple cider vinegar is also good to treat joint and knee pain. You have to drink this mixture on a daily basis for a few weeks to have complete relief from knee pain.

Add grated ginger in the water and let it boil for 5-10 minutes.

Then strain and add honey for taste and drink it. Drinking ginger and honey tea twice a day would be very effective to lessen the pain of knee and joints.
